General information
Payment first policy.First come first serve.Commercial use is FORBIDDEN.All commissions are strictly for personal use only (profile pic/wallpaper etc).No urgent commissionsYou can expect your commission to be completed within 1 month. If I need more time, I will let you know!Dicussions will be done through DM.
As the client,
you must provide me references pics and a concise description of your request.you must pay and send the invoice within 24 hours in order to get your commission slot. Otherwise, I will cancel your commission.you are allowed to post the watermarked ver of the commission on public platforms WITH credit. By doing so, you can protect your commission and my art from any art theft.do not claim the art as your ownyou are NOT PERMITTED to redistribute the artwork in any way for profit. (resell/trace/NFTs/seling merchandise etc)
As the artist,
I retain all my rights to the artwork.I have the right to decline your commission request without explanation.if you try to scam me or go against my terms & conditions, I have the right to put you in public blacklist.I have the right to post and add the commissioned artwork into my portfolio.
Process
1. Once payment is made via Bank transfer/Touch n Go e-wallet within 24 hours, your commission slot will be confirmed. (Paypal is only available for international clients)
2. I will send you a sample sketch to review before starting the final work. (You will have two chances to make big changes if needed)
3. Once approved, I will start on the line art, rendering and coloring etc. I will send you WIPs along the way. Only minor changes can be made at this point. There will be extra charge if major changes is needed.
4. Final artwork will be sent via email. (JPEG, PNG file & a transparent version)
Refund policy
100% refund if I have not started your commission and you'd like to cancel.50% refund if I have done the sketch.No refunds once sample sketch has been approved.If for any unjustified reason I'm unable to finish the commission, you will receive a full 100% refund.
